Keli Wilson is a senior consultant with DCI Consulting Group who provides clients with guidance on EEO and affirmative action statutes and regulations. Keli’s primary focus is in assisting clients with affirmative action and compensation analysis preparation, audit assistance, as well as training and development on the OFCCP regulations. Additionally, Keli manages a team of consultants and analysts who consult with Federal contractors and subcontractors on OFCCP compliance requirements.
Keli Wilson contributes to the DCI Consulting Group client alerts, prepares white papers released through DCI Consulting Group, presents teleconferences on current issues, as well as creates online web trainings for the Federal contractor community.
Keli Wilson has a M.A. degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Xavier University and a B.A. degree in Psychology from West Virginia University.
